While On Vacation, Trump Bashes Media And Democratic Senator Bluemnthal On Twitter

President Trump didn’t allow vacation rest in New Jersey to stop him from tweeting a fresh round of Twitter attacks on his favorite targets: the media and Democrats.

The latest wave of Trump Twitter attacks comes after he boasted about the Trump base being “stronger than ever” and criticized “Fake News polling” for his low presidential approval ratings.

Early Monday morning at 3:58 a.m. President Trump tweeted, “The Trump base is far bigger & stronger than ever before (despite some phony Fake News polling). Look at rallies in Penn, Iowa, Ohio…….”

President Trump hasn’t given up his claims about the N.Y. Times losing money with its “big losses” but it remains unclear how he arrived at that conclusion without knowing the actual internal accounting records of the newspaper.

Trump tweeted, “How much longer will the failing nytimes, with its big losses and massive unfunded liability (and non-existent sources), remain in business?”

President Trump later criticized the Fake News Media for failing to talk about the importance of the U.N. Security Council voting in favor of sanctions on North Korea.

Trump tweeted, “The Fake News Media will not talk about the importance of the United Nations Security Council’s 15-0 vote in favor of sanctions on N. Korea!”

Although President Trump created false news stories last week about having a telephone conversations with Mexico’s President Enrique Nieto and a Boy Scout leader, he still managed to criticize Connecticut Democrat Senator Richard Blumenthal on Twitter for talking about the “hoax Russian collusion” and later called him a “phony Vietnam con artist” concerning the senator’s earlier fabricated war story about fighting in the Vietnam war.

Trump tweeted, “Interesting to watch Senator Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut talking about hoax Russian collusion when he was a phony Vietnam con artist!”

Trump tweeted, “Never in U.S. history has anyone lied or defrauded voters like Senator Richard Blumenthal. He told stories about his Vietnam battles and…….conquests, how brave he was, and it was all a lie. He cried like a baby and begged for forgiveness like a child. Now he judges collusion?”

Lastly, President Trump tweeted that Senator Blumenthal “should take a nice long vacation in Vietnam, where he lied about his service, so he can at least say he was there.”
