Obama’s Executive Action On Immigration Blocked By Court

ddcPresident Obama’s executive action on immigration that protects approximately 5 million undocumented immigrants from deportation faced a legal setback in court on Monday.

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans in a 2-1 decision upheld an injunction from a Texas judge that blocks Obama’s immigration initiative.

The Obama administration is expected to appeal the decision with an appeals court that has a larger number of judges or  else directly to the Supreme Court.

Republican Presidential Debate

Republican presidential candidates will meet in Milwaukee, Wisconsin tonight at 8:00 central time for a Fox Business- Wall Street Journal debate.

Apple Under Pressure

Shares of Apple are down over 2.50 percent in early trading on Tuesday following a report from Credit Suisse on Tuesday that said Apple cut orders by 10 percent for hardware components, likely from weaker demand for the new iPhone 6S.

Credit Suisse estimates that Apple will build less than 80 million units of the iPhone 6S in the 4th quarter of  2015 and lowered their 2016 iPhone forecast from 242 million units to 222 million.
